Up and Running…again
March 10th, 2008
kay, the official Finding Faith site is back, and better than ever! I’m very happy that I’ve converted the site to WordPress. Everything will be much easier to run now, and that means I’ll have more time to write and edit. As you take a spin around the site, you’ll find almost all of the same content, only organized a bit better.
There are some things that are down for now. One of them is the sample chapter for Planning it Right. Until further notice, you will be unable to read the first chapter on this site, but I promise it’s for a good reason, which I will reveal at a future date. Another thing that’s down is my radio station. I’m unsure at this time about what to do with it. Right now I can’t even listen to it, because Firefox doesn’t support it and I can’t use Internet Explorer because it crashes. Plus, I need to upgrade something or other. So, yeah. Whatever. Just so you know. Also, I’m reorganizing my art gallery…at least in my head. I have no idea when I’ll have that back up. It depends on when I make decisions on how to organize it. I’ll be sure to post the link here whenever I get that ready, so keep checking back.
And there are some things that are new to the site. I’m pretty sure I never posted reviews and interviews before. You can find those under “About” and “The Books.” I’ve put up a new page for the Suggestion Box (under “The Website”), where you can leave comments about what you’d like to happen in the Finding Faith series. I’ve also finally uploaded something I’ve been meaning to upload for at least a year–the Wilder Faith Pixel Doll Maker. You can find that under “Fun Stuff.”
Some of the new stuff is unavailable at this time, simply because I haven’t done it yet, for example character bios. I haven’t written some of the sub characters’ bios yet, but I’ll get around to that eventually. And pretty soon I’ll be posting a summary for the second book in the series, called What Not To Do.
So, take a spin around the site to familiarize yourself with the new look and the new organization, and I hope you’ll enjoy your visit. If you want to leave comments anywhere, you’ll have to register. Don’t worry, it’s free and simple, and it’s just to help me fight spammers. Just look for the word ‘Register’ in the sidebar.
